WARRANTY

At Thompson Home Creations, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers. We stand behind our workmanship and the materials we use, offering comprehensive warranties for your peace of mind.

We take extra measures to ensure the longevity and stability of your fence. We use exterior grade fasteners to prevent rust, and all wood fence posts are buried at least 28" in concrete to provide long-term stability. Additionally, we use screws on all wood fence rails to post connections, ensuring that the fence panels stay securely attached. These precautions, along with our practice of ordering additional material to select only the best for your fence, set our installations apart, offering you a fence that stands the test of time.

If you encounter any issues covered by our warranties, please email us at info@ThompsonHomeCreations.com. Include a description of the issue and any relevant pictures. Our team will review your claim promptly and work with you to resolve the matter efficiently.

Workmanship and Stability Warranty:

We offer a comprehensive labor warranty on all our new fence installations. Workmanship defects should be noticeable upon initial inspection; however, we offer a warranty covering workmanship defects for a period of one year after the installation date. This includes gate closures, locking mechanisms, and installation-related issues. Additionally, we provide a five-year warranty specifically for fence stability. This warranty ensures that your fence will maintain its structural integrity, providing you with a stable and secure enclosure for your property. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by Acts of God, severe weather conditions, incidental damage by humans or pets, impact, or other conditions beyond our control. Structural changes or alterations made to the fence after installation will void the labor and fence stability warranty. Please note that while we strive for perfect fit-up, minor deviations may be notable upon close inspection, which are excluded from warranty correction.

Material Warranty:

  1. Pressure-Treated Wood: Our pressure-treated wood fences come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage. To ensure the highest quality, we order more material than needed, allowing us to set aside and return any defective lumber. Please be aware that natural changes such as shrinking and warping due to aging and exposure to the elements are not covered under warranty.

  2. Aluminum: Our aluminum fences come with a Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty, depending on the specific material selection. This warranty covers against peeling, flaking, splintering, corrosion, rusting, or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage, as per the terms provided by our vendor.

  3. Composite: For composite fences, the warranty depends on the material selected and the warranty offered by the manufacturer. We offer a transfer-type warranty that aligns with the terms provided by the composite material manufacturer.

At Thompson Home Creations, your satisfaction is our priority. Thank you for choosing us for your fencing needs. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
